Option two: Investing in existing installations

We approach housing associations, social housing charities and local authorities and offer them one of our Solar Photovoltaic Systems (SPVS) completely FREE of charge. In exchange for installing the system, the social housing tenant or association gets to keep all of the electricity generated entirely FREE of charge.
Locations of the Solar Photovoltaic Systems are predominately located in Cornwall, Devon and Somerset as these are one of the sunniest parts of the UK and therefore ensures the highest level of electricity generated and therefore Feed In Tariff income for investors.

Invest from just £18,000 (+5% VAT)

For just £18,000, a 3.78KW system will produce an income of around £2,700 per annum or a minimum 15% return, based on a feed in tariff of 43.3p/kWh.
